Our client appreciated the original architect’s vision of this home and wanted to maintain its old world charm, despite the requirement for 20th century updates.

Reconfiguring the main floor kitchen and pantry, moving a stair case to the newly renovated basement, and adding a modern 2nd floor laundry room, were just a few of the major changes made to this one-of-a-kind home. A Venetian plaster wall texture lines the hallways and continues up five floors to creates a feeling of being lost in time. Atop the richly detailed main staircase reveals the revamped attic space complete with a 3-piece bathroom and custom bunkie room. A true specimen of detail, design and desire!
